Context

The Timken Company is building a new world headquarters. The new building will feature spaces dedicated to immersive interactive brand and product narratives.

Process

I worked closely with the creative technology team to prototype and develop an approach for a large-scale interactive storytelling experience. In order to serve the needs of both Timken’s corporate ambassador–who’d often lead visitors through a rehearsed narrative–as well as visitors who would explore the brand and product stories on their own, we crafted a flexible approach that enables any user to discover the stories that are most meaningful to them.

Role

Experience Design for a large-scale installation.

Challenge

Design a large-scale immersive experience that will help visitors to Timken’s headquarters to better understand how and where Timken products are utilized.

Solution

Visitors to Timken Company’s world headquarters are able to more fully explore and understand how Timken’s precision engineered products and their applications help make possible some of the world’s most technically advanced achievements.
